If it did, then he would have a fight on his hands. Or if it involved there were slayers. But he could handle that or at least he thought so.

Valoris inclined his head. "Then I must face them, but not as a lycan. There are ways to get around hunters, but can you be ready to face them Eavan? I know this is asking alot of you, but I cannot aford for them to find this place. Its the only safe place that the shadow dragons have, and I as well.

He slowly began to reverse back to his elven form, wearing his dark mage robes. "I suspect they will almost be upon my gates when I teleport outside, show Eavan the way to the doors. I must meet these elves head on." Then he teleported outside his hand clasped onto his staff ready for the hunters.

Valoris stood and waited for the approaching hunters, and spoke softly. "You have already been found out, but I dare you to do your worst to me. After all they don't call me the dark mage for nothing elves." His eyes glowed revealing his dual nature. It was a brave move on his part, but he wanted them to come after him. After all he was a very powerful male lycan.

Valoris growled softly. "And what makes you think elven hunter, that the queen will want to return to a place that may not accept her as she is now." Those eerie eyes glowed with lycan power. "And I protect those that are in my protection." The dark mage was quickly loosing his paitence with these so called elven hunters. But though his eyes betrayed what he truly was he contained his form from changing shape.

Valoris almost smiled exposing his lengthening canines. "And here is the end of the road for you hunters. I let none of your kind tresspass in my territory. Afterall any one of you could unintentionally kill the one that is the queen, and she is under my protection, therefor when she sees fit to return to the city she will. But not before she gains control of her lycan nature or is ready to face those that would ridcule her for what she now is."

Then furr rippled along his skin as he took the anthroshape of the black feline, his errie eyes glowed even more darkly for this hunter who braved the dark mages wrath would soon find himself on the other end of the food chain, where he was the prey instead of the hunter. "In fact one of you will die today, the rest of you I can see wish to leave and not press your luck in ingaging my wrath. Therefore run and never return to this part of the forrest, I shall deal with the hunter who wishes to die." In that instant his growling words deepened, as the shadows lengthened behind him. "Azule, and Gin, make sure the others leave." His familiars had way of making the rest fleed, for after all they could make the hunters worst fear materalize and become a reality. It was quite handy when he called upon that powerful side of theirs. Though he only did so when he wished to make a point.

And now there was only the leader to be delt with. Valoris glanced at the female. "Do you wish a crack at him, you might at least be able to interogat him enough so we find out more information on why they want to return to you so fast. If not then I will most certaintly kill him." He was giving her a choice just in case she wanted in on some of the action. Though he didn't think she would relish killing the leader.
