A slight smile pulled at Sajon's mouth as he watched the little Brownie stand defiantly before him. Well, this would prove to be more difficult than he thought. "You're very wrong there. Men need to see where they're going when the sun is gone."

The tickle at the back of his throat reminded him of the tea. He glanced to the library door for a moment before he looked to the Brownie. Eventually he left the library and walked down the hall. In the small living room, he fetched the cup of tea and sat by the wood stove where the kettle was busy sending out a continuous stream of steam. The tea had only cooled slightly but was still delicious as he sipped on it silently.

In the back of his mind, he knew the brownie would join him shortly. Business wasn't finished between the two.
