Background:
When Jaze was born, a war was still being waged between the four elemental dragons. The Earth dragons, being as neutral as they are, were loosing the fight. They were not strong, nor skilled enough to fight in such large combat. In order to secure their lives, they enlisted the help of the forbidden ones - the humans. They worked together and soon began to win the war that was ahead. No one planned on a dragon warrior falling in love with a human mage.
Jaze was the result. She was wiser, stronger, and had a larger magical affinity than any of her dragon brothers and sisters, but she also looked different as well. Since she had a human mother, Jaze was born, and cursed to be trapped in the hybrid form. She had the body of a human, but the eyes, hair, wings, tail and horns of a dragon. She was not dragon-kin, nor was she human-kin. Neither parent wanted her after they saw the abomination they had created, and so they left her to die.
She lived on her own all of her life, getting used to the fact that she was a monstrosity that could not be cared about. She taught herself how to fly with her wings, and how to tune her eyes to see far distances. She taught herself to become one with the earth, to listen to the voices around her and use their will as a sort of life force for her magic. The only thing she couldn't teach herself, was the magic itself. For that, she set out on a grand journey to find someone who would teach her how to harness her inner strength, and the power that she knew flowed within her hot blooded veins.
Abilities/Magicks:
Seeing in the dark, and long distances with her fluorescent green eyes, harness the power of the earth to raise the strength of her magic and her body. Her mind is quick and sharp, and she's a fast learner. Anything she does once, she can do again, easily.
Weapons/Items:
The horns on her head, a pair of small daggers, and her body.
Nature/Alignment:
Good/Neutral (she leans more toward neutral)
Special Notes:
Jaze is usually a very inward, monotonous kind of creature. She finds no excitement in life and really only does what she needs to survive.
