Info: Pheo doesn't remember the time before she was adopted by a colony of dragons on the edge of the Glacial Lairs. All she knows is that she's always been an Elemental, and her reigning element is Ice. Whereas she can't control water, she can instantly create ice from any source of water. Pheo now travels with her Glacier dragon, Keilaki.
