"Well we took care of the rest of them!" Gin said once he and Azule reappeared next to Valoris.

"Yep yep, I don't think they'll show up again anytime soon. If ever." Azule agreed with a furious nod of her head while wagging her tail in excitement over the fun they had just had.

"I hope not. I'm not going to let them force me to go back there, especially not when I'm happy here." Eavan said as a slight smile crossed her face. This was the first place she had ever been where she was truly happy, and she wanted it to last for as long as it could. True she may have to go back to the city eventually, but for now it seemed those problems were far away.
Of course, that wouldn't last forever and sooner then they thought more trouble would end up coming in.

"Ooooo what kind of treat?!" Gin asked as both he and Azule looked up expectantly at Valoris. He really hoped it was another shiny object for them to hide away somewhere. Even though they probably already had enough of them to last them who knew how long.

"Ooooo pleeeeeeease can we have them?!" Azule begged while Gin just eyed the objects with wide silver eyes as if debating whether to pounce on them or not. However considering Valoris was still holding their treats he didn't dare despite his sudden desire to go pounce on something really pretty and shiny.

Both dragons took off after their new toys and soon they were caught in a playful chase with their new objects.

"Well they're easy to amuse." Eavan giggled as she walked up beside Valoris and slid her hands around his arm. At the same time she couldn't help but laugh at the two small dragons because of the way they could have so much fun with simple objects like that. But then again at least it meant it was easy to turn their attention elsewhere, when it was needed of course.

"I don't doubt that, they are certainly tough when the situation calls for it." Eavan said as they continued to watch the two small shadow dragons playing with their new toys. It was kind of funny seeing these two play around like this when just moments ago they were tormenting hunters. Oh well guess that proves there are two sides to everyone, it's just when they choose to use which side that sets them apart. From the looks of it these two loved to just kid around and have fun, but at the same time knew when to be serious about what they were doing. Which was probably what made them such effective guards when needbe.

"Of course I'd forgotten about having to go back eventually." Eavan said and even though she wasn't sure how she felt about that, either way she knew it would happen eventually. After all she was probably one of the only people who could set right everything that had been done wrong, well maybe not everything but she could at least change things from the way they currently were. True she expected resistence, but she also knew there'd be many who would welcome changes that had been long coming. That at least gave her some encouragement, but at the same time she knew it would still be a long road ahead of them.
